Return & Exchange Policy
At MReadyToWear, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you face any issues, we offer a limited return and exchange policy under the following terms:
Exchange Eligibility
Products purchased from www.mreadytowear.com are eligible for exchange within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as ordered.
- The customer notifies us within 2 days of delivery via:

In the event of a defective or damaged item, you must send the product back to our dispatch office within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive and verify the item, a replacement will be issued based on product availability.
Required for Claims
To process a claim, please provide:
- Photographic evidence of the defect
- Your invoice number
- A brief description of the issue

Non-Eligible Return Scenarios
We are unable to offer exchanges or returns under the following conditions:
- Product has been used, washed, or tampered with
- Tags, labels, or packaging are missing
- Exchange request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- The item is from our Sale or Clearance section
Note: Return & Exchange policies do not apply to sale items.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds or money-back guarantees. However, a refund may be issued under the following exceptional cases:
- The product delivered does not match your order and a replacement is unavailable
- The transaction fails to meet our security checks
- The order is significantly delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. political unrest, courier delays, or weather disruptions) and you no longer wish to receive the item
MReadyToWear reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment rejection by your financial institution
